CROMOLI BROTHERS NOVEL WRITING BADGES

As part of their performance at the Scout Hall, the Cromoli Brothers begin each show giving the audience and opportunity to continue to fulfill the badge obligations of various badges now available such as Virtual Wrestling, Resurrection, Star Making and, in this case, Novel Writing. The instructions were to fold a piece of paper in half to create a book, pick a theme, then write a novel. At the end of the show, some of these novels were given to the Cromoli Brothers. Here is a random selection.

Blue Shoes

She dreamed of the perfect pair of blue shoes. She traveled from town to town to each boutique and every thrift shop she could find. Finally she found them.

"AAAAAAAAH. That is them." she said. Too bad they were 3 sizes too small.

A long time ago there was a young girl in a small town who liked to hide in an old warehouse where she enjoyed being alone- mostly thinking and dreaming. She enjoyed contemplating the large, bowling ball sized balls inside the building. The large graphite colored balls were placed in such a way that anywhere one walked one would hit one every 5 or so steps. This made exercise or nervous walking potentially treacherous and bruising.

Jeremy in the Wonderful World

The wind blew through the empty streets, pushing the leaves from the naked trees in front of it. Jeremy felt empty, as nothing would ever make him full again. The wind pushed the dry leaves against the wall of the house. The tenants had moved but one small blade of grass sprung to life expectantly in the yard. Jeremy absentmindedly stepped on it.

Poor Mermaid

A mermaid fell in love with a sailor. This was unfortunate, for when she went on land, she dried up. Quite unlucky.

Nagin and the True Purpose

Nagin wanted to know his true purpose. Just like you. So he looked around to see how it all worked. Noonts and the Bleeger as every experience! Together, they are great goop. Nagin showed the people great goop.
